Southern Minnesota Chapter

The Southern Minnesota Chapter of the Foundation Against Intolerance and Racism (FAIR) launched in September of 2021. FAIR is a nonpartisan organization dedicated to advancing civil rights and liberties for all Americans, and promoting a common culture based on fairness, understanding and humanity.

As Minnesotans, we are facing many challenges in our schools and our communities that threaten the civil liberties and common humanity that we all share.  Divisive ideologies, are tearing apart our culture. K-12 students are being taught to define themselves based on the way they look, not the content of their character. If this continues, it will have a profoundly negative impact on the future of our American experience. The Southern Minnesota Chapter of FAIR is committed to ending intolerance and neo-racism by promoting a culture of true tolerance and civil rights.

We equip parents, educators, students, politicians, and administrators with the tools and knowledge necessary to challenge neo-racism. We also have community online forums; we do outreach, advocacy, and educational campaigns; and we hold in-person meetups. We are building a community of citizens who support each other in standing up for values like tolerance, diversity, equality of opportunity, respect for different perspectives, etc. There truly is strength in numbers!

Please consider signing up to become a member of  Southern Minnesota Chapter of FAIR and help us move our culture toward realizing Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s dream: an America in which all of us citizens live as one unified and tolerant people.

If you are located in the area, sign up to become a member. We have community online forums; we do outreach, advocacy, and educational campaigns; and we hold in-person meetups.
